Jennie Charlotte Currier was born May 29, 1958 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Finis Rowland and Sonya (Brooks) Rowland.
She graduated from Knoxville High School and was united in marriage to David Vrem in Knoxville on January 29, 1977. In 1984 Jennie moved to Portland, Oregon and was united in marriage to Larry Currier on April 1, 1987. She remained in Oregon until 2008 when she moved to Oskaloosa.
Jennie loved doing crafts of any kind and sharing her love of crafting with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed fishing, going for walks and photography.
She passed away on February 25, 2010 at her home in Oskaloosa at the age of 51 years, 8 months and 27 days.
Jennie was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Matthew Rowland and a grandson, Briar Wilken.
Those left to honor her memory include, her daughters, Tasha (Loyde) Allen of Oskaloosa, Tara (Cory) Wilken of Grand Junction, 10 grandchildren, special friend, Antonio Pelayo of Oskaloosa, siblings, Mary (Jeff) Greenlee of Sac City, Laura (Tom) Pierce of Des Moines, Timothy Rowland of Pella, Lisa (Paul) Vandehaar of Pella, and Ruth (Frank) Anderson of Arkansas City, KS.
