Rhonda Sue Kraber was born on December 14, 1967, in Des Moines, Iowa. She passed away on April 11, 2026, in Iowa City, Iowa, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and a loving spirit that touched many lives.

Rhonda attended Douglas Elementary in Des Moines and graduated from East High School, also located in Des Moines. Throughout her life, she was a woman of deep faith in God. She will be remembered for her strength and her caring nature. Rhonda had a special way of looking after others. She was the kind of person people could always count on. Opening her home to those in need, she often welcomed family and friends, treating them as her own. When others had nowhere else to go, Rhonda provided a place to belong. She was a mother at heart—always ready to support, care for, and love anyone who needed it.

Rhonda is survived by her children: Jeff and his wife Polly, Bryan, David, Joshua, and Presley. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren Jameson, Nova, Jackson, Anakin, Lei'Onna, and Jordan. Her family includes her sister, Sherry Simmons, and her brother Howie Munyon with his wife Christal.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard Munyon and Annabelle Albright Munyon.

Rhonda’s devotion to others, her faith, and the warmth she shared will be remembered by all who knew her. She leaves behind a lasting example of love and kindness that will continue to inspire her family and friends.
